Gestalt therapy offers a space to pause, reconnect, and explore new ways of being. It isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about cultivating awareness, clarity, and choice in the midst of overwhelm.

I welcome clients navigating non-traditional relationship dynamics, offering a safe space to explore communication, boundaries, and connection.
