I am a woman, I look and feel as a woman, one trying to be present in this world and live my life more authentically and whole for myself and the others.
Who I am right at this very moment? This is irrelevant, as I will already be different when I meet you.
I am also my values and mainly of acceptance of everyone and everything and that what is now is what needs to BE. And also that the next second is another NOW and another opportunity to newly BE.
I feel it like a calling. A calling I have forgotten for the past 20 years, as I got distracted by life and my own limitations, expectations and struggles. One day three years ago I remembered my dream and with this reawakened memory, I found a sea of energy inside me to fuel it to liveness.
And here I am now, looking to share this with you!
"It’s in the meeting with each other, that one can open and grow."
My aim is to co-create a living dialogue in which you and I meet as equals, here and now, to uncover and cultivate your inherent resources. I strive to hold a nonjudgmental space where acceptance of what is becomes the doorway to transformation. By engaging in authentic contact, we turn each “now” into an opportunity for deeper self-awareness, healing, and new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and the world.
I am currently a psychotherapist in training at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia, in my 3rd out of 4 years. I am practicing under regular supervision, ensuring your and my own development and well being. The GIS-International 4-year program for becoming a Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist is a very thorough personal and professional journey. I am encountering modern and well-founded theories that always are mirrored in actual practice. Never theory without practice. In this training I am exploring how to bring myself authentically in each interaction.
I have a Bachelor degree in Psychology, graduated in 2003.
My most recent professional experience is as a Senior Manager, for 14 years in an IT corporation.
I have participated in several personal and professional development courses and workshops covering topics such as:
