Cancellation policy
Life happens and sometimes you or I simply can't make it to the session.
As there is space rental, time I wouldn't be able to offer to another client and other costs involved, I need to take that into account in my cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy - client
If you cancel or reschedule:
- more than 48 hours in advance, we agree on a reschedule free of penalties
- less than 48 hours prior, you need to cover 50% of the session cost
- during the same day, you need to cover 100% of the session cost
Cancellation policy - therapist
If I cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours prior, I will offer a reschedule as soon as possible.
If I cancel or reschedule during the same day, I will offer a 25% discount on the next session's cost and offer a reschedule as soon as possible.
