Who Can Attend Open to anyone curious about mind–body connection, especially those seeking new ways to reduce stress, explore emotions, and live more fully in the present. We'll be a group of maximally 10 participants.
What We’ll Do Enjoy a blend of gentle QiGong sequences, embodied Gestalt explorations, breath and posture alignment, and guided reflections. Sessions include group sharing to deepen connection and help translate insights into daily life.
Key Benefits
Come 10 minutes early, so you can ease into the space, meet everyone, and help us begin smoothly, together.
Wear whatever makes you feel relaxed and free to move. We might gather on chairs, settle on the floor, rest on meditation cushions, or simply stand.
We’ll spend our time together in 2 blocks, with a short 5–10 minute pause in between to sip some water, enjoy a cup of tea or take care of nature’s calls.
Each block may be a little different in length — we’ll let the mood, pace, and flow we create together guide us.
